He got his break at Bristol City before Newcastle snapped him up, where he formed a deadly partnership with Peter Beardsley amid a record-breaking debut Premier League campaign.</p><br><p>Ferguson then signed him and he enjoyed a hugely succesful period at Man Utd alongside his striker partner Dwight Yorke.
